DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

1. Goods are delivered by a carrier operator or through any mutually agreed method, ensuring that the Seller and the Customer do not incur any unnecessary or unjustifiable costs.

2. The ordered Goods can be delivered to the Customer's designated address as provided in the order form, confirmed by the Customer as the shipping address, or collected in person at a specified collection point during the order process.

3. To safeguard the Goods during transportation, they are always packaged appropriately, taking into consideration their inherent properties, so as to prevent damage, loss, or destruction.

4. Delivery costs are communicated to the Customer during the online order form completion, and these costs are contingent on the destination country, the quantity and weight of the ordered goods, and the chosen shipping method.

5. Upon receiving the parcel, if possible, the Customer or an authorized individual should conscientiously inspect the packaging for any indications of damage or unauthorized tampering, ensuring that the contents are intact. In the event of any damage or anomalies, the Customer should create a damage report in the presence of the delivery representative and promptly inform the Seller. If the products are visibly damaged, the Customer is kindly requested to decline acceptance of the parcel, if feasible. It is crucial to note that this provision neither excludes nor restricts the Customer's rights to file a complaint; it is intended to assist the Online Store in ascertaining the damage and the responsible party. Reporting the damage does not hinge on the protocol created by the Customer with the delivery representative. The consumer holds the right to carefully inspect the order.
